also a basic idea:

you can make the window-pass-through lnb cable yourself, at least for test:

just take some aluminium foil, some thin electric insulator, weld it, test it ...

or even better:

just take 20cm lnb cable, take out all the plastics, make it as thin as possible, with the thin electric insulator, weld it, test it ...

the key point to keep in mind is that the geometry (so, the diameter) of the lnb coax cable is the best result from interference analytic analysis

anyway, a strong shield is always a best to have

Signal is same as without the window cable.

So Its ok. The 3 lnb's ( astra 19 , 23 and hotbird 13) were on the right position from the first try (happy me)

I only need to fix the lnb holder, the lnb itself and the multiblock. But first I want to try to optimize the signal by setting the lnb ( turning them a little bit). As the stb doesnt show % but just a green colour filling the rectangle almost the half of it

Well my dish is littel biggger then my friends dish. So I do know how to put the LNB's in order. Then only the distance between the LNB's has to be adjusted (closer to eachother). That's all I did. then the arms dish can be moved towards me, so I could easily remove the multiblock (as I needed to replace one cable (to the switch), that was to short)

I have a red filled rectangle and a green one. the red (or orange) is as good a completely full (strength). the green one is about the quality.

just a little comment: the protek 97xx series aren't very reliable what the strenghth and quality bars concerns ... no worry, but just don't rely on the percentages ...
