Despite to many email to Satlover i still having an standard status. I am normally premium member since 2011 and no way to obtain an regularization and access to premium section.
I don't know if any administrator can make something

What you need to do sent email to satlover with your transaction details, that's needed so that he can controle this. Mention your problem in the same mail. Normally you must have his email, if not let us know. Certainly don't post the transaction info on forum. I'm sure it's possible to have a arrangement. That's something between you both. Thanks but i know the process because i not the first time.
The problem is that Satlover seems to have to solve the server's update (?) and no time to respond to my previous emails.
